What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, the majority of our ceramic dinnerware and serveware is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver detailing should be hand-washed and not used in the microwave.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a notification to your registered email and phone number containing the courier name and tracking ID. You can also track it directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within the country. For bulk international inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss customized shipping options and rates.
